I fed oatmeal to my 8 month son sprinkling a half spoon of dry fruit powder last night. He seemed to have bloated and have indigestion. What can I do to alleviate the symptoms - home remedies preferably

Just oatmeal is enough for a 8 year old. Nut powder we can introduce slowly in smaller quantities . Nothing else is needed at present. Kindly don't feed more concoctions and worsen the gastritis
