I do natural bodybuilding and so always have a high protein diet somewhere close to my body weight in pounds. Recently i got a lot of gas because of low fibre in my diet and i started getting back pain near my QL muscle and lower latt ( mid back). One day i felt like fever and vomitted and well day was diarrhoea. So i took a Roko and now after a day my bowel movements are fine.
