Index finger injury

2 months ago while playing cricket during fielding my index finger struck to ground resulting in severe pain. Got X ray done. Doc said thr is no fracture in d bone.Was told to massage using warm salt water but it's been 1 month after that and thr is no relief in pain.Intact everyday once gets some impact resulting in extreme pain.I have to join a ship very soon and need urgent solution as it will give me trouble

You need to go for physiotherapy.. You may have injured your ligment or tissues.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +wax therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel.

For good result visit physiotherapy center take ultra sound treatment and learn exercise to strngthen the muscles..Apply ice for 10 mins twice a day.
