Hi , Amh of 1.4, don't worry, its not too low.but don't delay and meet gynaecologist so that she will fasten the process.with very low amh of 0.3 also we have seen pts become pregnant.So relax.To improve amh you can have wheat grass products,vit d3,antioxidants also.

It is best to consult infertility specialist in this regard. There are some drugs which are said to increase increase AMH levels. However, there is no consensus regarding their use. Vitamin D intake is said also to increase , but to a limited extent. Though some women do conceive naturally with low AMH levels, it is best to go with advice of infertility specialist specially at the age of 36 years.
