I've been having pimples on my face since 2 years but they have increased a lot since 2 months I have used benzostar soap and acne mute tube but no difference I drink 15 glasses of water everyday and my sugar content has also decreased but still there is only increase in pimples I feel shy to walk anywhere because of them Please help me out
