Increasing eye power

My eye power keeps increasing by an average of -.25 every year ..is this normal. Now my power is about-4.5

Hello Power at this age usually does not increase Minor variation like 0.25 is common and is known as interindividual variability but that does not mean that power is increasing

Please share last 2to 3 prescriptions. Box at this age regular increase is uncommon. Though it's not a big hike but we must screen last few prescriptions for proper guidance.
