Increased Heart rate and SPO2

My mother aged 66 is diabetic, her resting HR is 80 BPM and SPO2 of 97-98%. Yesterday, when she climbed 2 floors her HR in pulse oximeter was showing 122 BPM and SPO2 of 99%. Is it concerning?

No.. Its exertional tachycardia but she is maintaining Spo2.
