Increase sperm count and motility

I've NOT been diagnosed with low sperm count or have any visible problems related to infertility. My wife and I have just started to get pregnant. Its been 7 days and I'm thinking to take Shilajit as a prophylactic to help increase chances of pregnancy. Questions: 1. Is 500mg Dabur Shilajit twice daily useful? 2. And until when is it safe to take?. Again, my wife and I have NOT got any tests done and we're healthy individuals. I'm just thinking to take this to boost my chances even though I might already have healthy sperm.

Prophylactic treatment is taken when you think you can have any problem but if there is no problem then don’t take anything unnecessarily
