My 5 year old baby is suffering from fever after giving his blood samples it shows increased platelets. What precautions I should take? Which treatment is best ?

Please Increase in platelets is not a serious problem Give Sy meftagesic DS 5 ml Twice a day Sy clavum 5ml Twice a day Sy becosule Z 5 ml Twice a day All for 3 to 5 days Reconsult after 5 days Give him home made fresh food containing less spices and oil
