I am suffering from fever from last 20 days. Got my blood test done a week before TLC was 16600. Now it has reduced to 13600. I dnt have any covid symptoms and it's aso been 20 days. Can TLC leads to frequent fever?

High Wbc is a cause for fever and a proper antibiotic course will be helpful
