Increase in thyroid stimulating hormone

I recently went for thyroid profile test. It shows increased level of thyroid stimulating hormone, 11.02 ulU/mL. please suggest any good medicine and doctor to consult with.

Hypothyroidism Myxedema = severe hypothyroidism. SX – weakness/fatigue, feel cold, dec memory, constipation, weight gain, depression, bradycardia, dec DTRs. PE – all (look for weight gain, dry skin, loss of hair, macroglossia, goiter, non-pitting edema (myxedema).
Next Steps
DX – TSH (increased), Free T4 (decreased). Antibodies against thyroid peroxidase (positive in Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis). • CBC, CMP, fasting lipid panel.
Health Tips
TX – maintain a euthyroid state, w/ F/U Q6 wks. • Levothyroxine, start 12.5–50 mcg QD, then 50-200 mcg QD. • 2/3 the dose in elderly.
