Increase CO2 level

How much chance of surviving if pCO2 is 85.1mmHG & pO2 is 61.3mmHG. Patient age is approx 84yrs ..

It is chronic co2 retention. The PH is still in the normal range. He must have been a chronic smoker in the past. If the patient is stable then it is ok. But the patient needs to be clinically evaluated in detail.
