In my face so many pimples and black spots please give me  suggestion how reduce it so many black spots are there please give me suggestion

hey, don't puncture pimples , it leaves mark on face , let it fade ,decrease oilyness in face, wash face twice daily, apply oil controlling creams, avoid dust consult dermatologist
