Pus coming out repeatedly from the ear is a sign of infection.  There are 2 types of ear infection. In type, it is associated with erosion of bone and complications like deafness and giddiness. Sometimes there are more serious complications.  An ENT examination will reveal the true nature of the problem. You may need surgery if you have a middle ear problem for a complete resolution of your problems. If the problem is of the ear canal only, you will benefit from keeping the ear dry and avoiding ear bud usage. All the best.
