In deep depresion
I have depression since two year. I taken nexito10 and paroxitin 37.5 for both a month , it is not responding me , I will go to ect treatment is good for depresion
Nexito probably was underdosed and one month is not enough time for a meaningful improvement especially in chronic depression/dysthymia.
It is too early to think for ECT but if nothing else works then it is a wonderful treatment option.
