Hi...I had my period on 18th Aug but after 10 days I.e 28th Aug , I again started having spotting which continued for 10 days...then stopped. Now my period was due on 12th Aug...but it did not start...what could be the reason? I started doing exercises from 1st Aug that's the only change in my lifestyle.

Maybe this is the reason.Get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.Also get done ultrasonography to know the exact condition of ovaries.If everything is fine then wait till next period.
