Kindly suggest me a multivitamin supplement for regular use which will improve my heart and lung condition.(both for men and women).

Regular healthy diet and exercise is sufficient to keep you healthy... avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take any multivitamin supplement. There are plenty available in the market. One such good one is tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.  Also have lots of greens and fruits. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
