As suggested by previous doctors emphasis should be given on healthy lifestyle than on medicines. Early sleeping habit, 7-8 hours of sound sleep, avoiding fast food, snacking, daily 1fruit serving are equally important.
Meditation, bhramari pranayama and shitali pranayama if done daily have proved results in improving memory. Also practice suryanamaskar ( sun salutation) and brisk walking for 15 minutes. Beat of luck for future!
