I am facing nasal blockage since long which eventually made me mouth breather apart from that i also have very misaligned teeth that looked very deshaped and weird and my jawline also shifted forward and my neck also pains all the time and bent forward overall i am facing much difficulty in nasal breathing with poor body posture

Sir u need a proper consultation to diagnose and treatment this. The nasal obstruction can be completely cured with meds or surgery. U need to get a nasal endoscopy and CT scan done. The oral issues may be caused due to the long standing nasal obstruction and mouth breathing.
