Dear Thank you for your query regarding the mixing of Dexamethasone injection with IV fluids. Dexamethasone can generally be mixed with Normal Saline (0.9% Sodium Chloride) and Dextrose Normal Saline (DNS). However, it is not typically recommended to mix Dexamethasone with Ringer's Lactate (RL) due to potential compatibility issues that could affect the stability and efficacy of the medication. It is crucial to follow proper medical guidelines and consult with a healthcare professional before administering any medication. Incorrect mixing of medications with IV fluids can lead to adverse effects and reduced therapeutic outcomes. I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to discuss your specific medical needs and to ensure safe and effective treatment. Please feel free to reach out to me directly for a consultation. You can contact me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two**. Take care .

Dexamethasone can be mixed with NS. As for DNS or RL, these can precipitate, undergo ionic reactions, or cause denaturation of biological molecules when mixed improperly with dexa. For further assistance and queries. Contact
