Hello, last month my periods were around 30th , i had unprotected intercourse at 13th of this month, but there was no secretion, still i took ipill after within 4 hrs just to be safe, after 2-3 days i had throat infection, slight fever ,and felt pain in lower abdomen along with nausea. Tho it lasted for a little days only , now since yesterday i am having brown discharge and pain in lower abdomen, and today i am having blood flow but its very less as compared to what normally is in periods, pls tell me its it is period or implantation bleeding of side effects of Ipill
