I need to have 3/4 implants done and therefore want to know the best place where I can get it done which is good in terms of treatment and cost effective too. Closer to Harlur road will be preferable

Dont go to a close by place. Go to a place wher dentist is experienced.. I would suggest a prosthodontist.. Personally I know a person who is specialist in implants.. And does lot of  implants work.. You can get in touch with me Would put u in touch with him !!
