Im a 20 year old female and I missed my periods I have a irregular cycle and it been 6 weeks now since ive have my period I took a home pregnancy test today and it came out negative i have a pregnancy bump my belly has a visible line and a feint long line going upwards I am constantly hungry and have a troat blockage whenever I laugh is it possible that i am pregnant?
