Experiencing heart palpitations fast heart beat while standing and unable to stand for long duration difficulty walking imbalance especially during night imapired vision Ocassionally stomach issues like bloating continuous Tinititus for 2 years in right ear. 24hr Holter test done normal Ecocardiogapgy normal ef 60. Thyroid normal CBC normal except MCV 80.3 FL and MCH 26.7 pg vit b12 271 pg/ml. Electrolytes normal.
