I have frequent cold allergies. How much times I should take this tablets and how many tablets at a time? For how long duration?

Ayurveda has a different concept for immunity which is holistically known as ‘BALA’ which if need to increase requires complete dietary and lifestyle changes accompanied with personalised medicines according to the Prakriti of your body. Taking any pill by yourself and expecting results is not at all recommended in Ayurveda.
