Hi All, Due to corona pandemic ,we are staying at home and sometimes feel weak due to lack of physical activity... Being a software engineer I am also feeling the same...so I want to know any multivitamin medicine or therapy ..I request doctors to suggest me.

Focus should be on boosting your immunity Diet should include green leafy vegetables fresh vegetables seasonal fruits Enrich your diet with vitamin C rich food like lemon, lime, amla etc Include ginger, haldi, and pepper in your diet Cooking oil should be alternated between rice bran oil, TIL oil , mustard oil and coconut oil Get 20-30 minutes sun exposure everyday Medication: Tab Zincovit once daily after breakfast for 1 month Tab Limcee once daily after breakfast for 1 month
