Hello, Your MRI shows disc bulges in the cervical spine (C3–C6 levels) but no major canal narrowing or spinal cord damage. These changes can sometimes contribute to neck/nerve symptoms, but your sudden imbalance, fall, and episodes of confusion need urgent attention as they may not be explained by the MRI alone. I strongly recommend: An urgent neurological evaluation in person. MRI brain + basic blood tests (sugars, electrolytes, vitamin B12, thyroid profile) to rule out other causes. Avoid walking without support until reviewed to prevent falls. If you notice worsening weakness, numbness, severe headache, or bladder/bowel disturbance, please go to the emergency department immediately. — Dr. Vamshi Krishna Consultant Neurosurgeon, Care Hospitals, Hyderabad
