Images are not clear
I have recently changed my specs on 1st June but I am still not able to see things clearly. Its taking time to adjust and the texts on mobile phone are glowing. I have recently recovered from Covid last month and suffering from fatigue. Can it be a reason? My power is ~-7 in both eyes. Should I change the specs? I have always used a rectangular specs, only this time I am trying a broad square one. Also I feel itching in my eyes

As you have recently recovered from COVID, I would suggest you to have a detailed eye checkup including dilated retina evaluation from an Ophthalmologist as COVID is known to cause few eye related problems which can only be ruled out by detailed eye examination.
