I have recently changed my specs on 1st June but I am still not able to see things clearly. Its taking time to adjust and the texts on mobile phone are glowing. I have recently recovered from Covid last month and suffering from fatigue. Can it be a reason? My power is ~-7 in both eyes. Should I change the specs? I have always used a rectangular specs, only this time I am trying a broad square one. Also I feel itching in my eyes

Hello As you have recently recovered from COVID, I would suggest you to have a detailed eye checkup including dilated retina evaluation from an Ophthalmologist as COVID is known to cause few eye related problems which can only be ruled out by detailed eye examination. Thank you!
