I m last 30 day suffering from fever blood test Widal test positive and c reactive proteins positive please suggest me medicine

Tab Cifixime 200mg + Oflox 200mg Daily 2 times after food. Cap PAN D daily one time in morning before meal Tab Dicyclomin + PCM Daily 2 times after food. Take only liquid diet and avoid heavy diet and take plenty of water..
