90 BPM is normal heart rate..  You should not have palpitations at this HR.  BUT IF ECG shows ectopic , then you may have. ECG not attached..  Palpitation can also be due to anxiety, transient AF (irregular HR). 24 HOUR HOLTER monitoring IS RECOMMENDED. Don't self medicate.. Meet cardiologist..

You should have attached your ecg ,it's not their moreover solution can't be provided in cardiac conditions through online... You have to consult cardiologist or general physician.... Causes of palpitations include hypoglycemia, anxiety, cardiac abnormality like arrhythmia... Don't take Self medication. Consult doctor.
