Im 8 weeks pregnant with ovarian cyst, still no foetal pole visibility and heart beat. No bleeding till now.

You need to wait for one week and repeat a scan if even and that scan the cardiac activity does not appear then I am sorry you have landed in missed abortion.. consult a gynecologist for further management
