Im 6 weeks Pragnant

I went to dr for ultrasound it shown im 6+-1 week pragnant, but i thought i would of 7 weeks, the gestric sac 25mm with fetal pole and flow of blood was also seen in uterus but no heart beat dr asked me to visit after two weeks, Im quite worried will everything b fine

Don't worry Its under normal range if ultrasound shows lag by 2 weeks Just wait Do repeat ultrasound after one week
