Illogical thought

I am suffering from a strange situation. I have an illogical thinking that does not have existance in reality, but it is disturbing me badly.Even i cant sleep at night. It comes again and again in my mind. I am unable to enjoy any moment and not able to remember anything. And not able to focus whatever i m doing. It seeme that i have lost my mind. How i can come out from the situation. Please help me.
