For sexual weakness (PE, ED mainly due to irregular sex practice once in a Month etc) can I take homeopath medicine Kongkon"s IGNIT drops? Any side effects? Now using himcolin gel only.

Visit to nearby physician..do your  all blood  reports..to rule out hypertension  and  diabetes.. both diseases affect erection...as you r near 40 do all investigations  for proper  diagnosis
