Urticaria isn’t a thing to worry. It is hypersensitivity sometimes genetic ( which runs in family) sometimes because of external factor like food allergy, dust allergy, any internal mild infection.
Most of the urticaria requires long term treatment.
Raised IGE levels are suggest allergic which can be both genetic, or because of external agents.
Alcohol , pain killers can aggravate urticaria
