ICL - IMPLANTABLE COLLEMER LENS - it has very high success rate. Like any surgical technique it has its own complications like glaucoma , cataract , uveitia etc. But you have to weigh between benifit and complication chances. Because the rate of complication is very very less you can opt for this technique particularly if you have refractive error more than -10 diopters or if LASIK is not possible.
