Why there is no permanent cure of IBS D. And please suggest best anti biotic for IBS D . Rifaxamin doesn't work in my case.

Take rifaximine 550, along with probiotics, as specific cause for IBS not known hence have to be in dietary and lifestyle modifications also, it will subside gradually
