Hi Doctor my wife is  six weeks pregnant but suddenly today morning bleeding happend one time what's the reason ?

Get done immediately ultrasonography to know the condition of baby.It may be miscarriage either threatened or missed .With reports meet to gynaecologist and take her opinion and suggestion for further details and assistance.
