My follicular study Uterus:Anteverted,normal in size and echotexture,measures 68x38x50mm.Right ovay measures:25x15mm,normal in size and echotexture. Left ovary measures:40X33 mm,mild enlarged in size with anechoic cyst measurring 30x23mm and thin internal septations present-Suggest hemorrhagic cyst

You need to get further evaluation done.. Do a serum CA125 , TSH and husband semen analysis  done.. Then consult direct.. You may b having endometriosis.. But we hv to discuss to be sure..also u need to gt the tests done..
