HELLO, JOIN A  GIM,   CONSULT A DIETICIAN. BRICK WALK FOR 40 MINUTES LAST BUT NOT LEAST CONTROL EATING HABITS TAKE EVERY TWO HOURS NONOILY NON GREESEY THING. GREEN SALAD, HOME MADE PANEER, CURD WITHOUT FAT, WITH CUCUMBER, , POHA SOAKED IN WATER WITH CURD, UPMA, LEAST CHAPATI WITH GREEN VEGETABLES COOKED IN  ONE TEASPOON FUL OF OIL. NO SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD EVER. FOLLOW STRICT TO DIETICIAN. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. O.K, BYE.
