Crowning is done n two scenarios one after root canal treatment and otrr for smile design.n.both cases,the natural tooth wil.b trimmed and reduced n size to make space for the crown,thts the disadvantage.as long as Ur teeth is sound, the crown Wil.b fine.most of the crowns come with a warranty period of 10-15 years.
