Hi, Im a 20 years old boy and Im 5'4, I want to grow 2-4 inches more, is it possible to gain that height at this age? - - And nowadays I'm loosing my weight, is it why I sleep only 6.5 hours in a day? Cz last year my weight was around 57-58 and now it's 54-55?? I'm very tensed about my health, especially weight!! 🥺 - - Please 🙏 doctor suggest me some medicines which will be working like a booster.
