I'm a fellow aged 20 I want to complete a race competition It is to be finished a mile in 5 minutes... Currently, I could do it within 6.30 minutes I need a supplement to gain my endurance and speed

The best supplement is Carbohydrate loading. You have not mentioned when is the race, how many Kms. Eat 80-90% carbs like Chapati, rice, dates, Corn, potatoes, figs, bananas etc. You have to plan the race.
