If someone test negative hiv rapid test at 4 th month, what is uthe chance that the result is conclusive and no need to further test And is there a chance that some people don't make antibody against this virus .please answer this. Do I need to rt pcr to confirm? Pls don't say to consult me like this stuff if u don't want to answer avoid the ques.
