I’ve had pain under my bellybutton

I’ve had pain under my bellybutton for 3 days now but is only sore if I press it in and feels like a stitch..... scared incase it could be related to pregnancy however I am on the pill and was 8 hours late one day but the information leaflet said I would be fine up to 12 hours so just wondering what this might be

If this occurs often you have to get yourself checked to rule out endometriosis or simple abscess .
