I'm 20yrs n i got married last 4 months.I missed 2 days of period n @3night i got severe pain in stomatch n i see spotted blood.But in the morning i see blood is coming like small pieces.SO I want to know what is the reason for it.please rly asap

Just a delayed period it seems or it might be a miscarriage if u were tested positive for pregnancy.
