I think I'm in depression

I've been getting headaches, I'm not able to sleep at nights,I don't feel like talking to anyone, I have list interest in everything including life. It's been like more than 3 to 4 I have slept peacefully I'm not able to sleep at all. I always get headaches body pain especially with my legs. Recently I even got sucide thoughts please help me out
