the problem you have described seems to more of low self esteem, it can happen to anyone and lead to feeling sad and worrisome. Also sometimes due to depression thoughts such as 'no one wants to be friends with me' can occupy the mind despite not being true. It is best that you visit a psychiatrist wherever convenient and discuss these issues. If the low self esteem and not feeling like talking to others is due to depression you might need to take treatment for the same.With proper medications and counselling these issues can be taken care of easily.
