I had constipation and so have bad habit of inserting finger for complete evacuation. Sometimes (not always) it bleeds from 1 inch inside, not deeper than that. Sometimes I feel pain. I take Mucibael regularly.

When it bleeds, it is not necessarily be piles.  It may even be a  fissure. Address the constipation by regulating the diet. A fee medicines also will help relieve constipation and tell you will get rid if your symptoms. Go to a proctologist and first diagnose the problem
