Pain in right breast, little bit swelling, pian in arm pit, shoulders, a mole on nipple . No discharge,no change in color of nipple nd breast, no nipple inward

Pain is due to swelling. Apply antiallergenic cream locally thrice daily. Take tab .serradic AP 1 BD daily up to three days regularly. Avoid massage or rubbing.
